The Vancouver Island Motorcar Weekend (formerly the Motor Gathering) is a unique car show showcasing both a show and shine as well as a Concours d’Elegance. Featuring an array of classic, concours quality vehicles and motorcycles on one side, and a mixture of classic, unique, custom and modern cars and motorcycles on the other.
2020
Every year, we strive to host a show that is unique and provides an exciting experience to keep our supporters intrigued. In the last 7 years, the show has grown from 85 cars to 600, gathered over 10,000 spectators and raised over $1 million dollars for our local families in need.
Once again, 100% of all funds raised for the show including sponsorship, registrations, donations and on site purchases, will support the David Foster Foundation, the Cowichan District Hospital Foundation and a selection of other local families with children in need on Vancouver Island.

We look forward to seeing you at the show!

**A minimum standard applies for all category winners: the winning cars must drive and run well, but might have some incorrect parts. These cars are ready for a long tour without excuses, and the casual passerby will not find any visual flaws. "Good" is the one word description that will represent the minimum standard required of the winning vehicles. Please note we reserve the right to not award a winner within a specific category if they do not fit within these standards. For example, if there is only one car in the category, it does not make that entrant the automatic winner. The vehicle will still be required to have the applicable criteria in order to qualify and win.
