Here is just a preview of what classic cars you will be seeing in the private hangar at this year’s VI Motor Gathering!

With less than two weeks until the VI Motor Gathering, we are pleased to share some exciting news! These classics will be parked in a Private Hangar on site and will be displayed beside some unique aircraft!

The Porsche 904 (pictured above) was designed by 28-year-old Ferdinand Alexander “Butzi” Porsche III, the son of company chairman “Ferry” Porsche. Fifty cars were required for official homologation in FIA-GT Group 3; although, it is believed that more than 100 examples of the 904, in various configurations, were actually built. All but 21 were sold in the first two weeks following the cars launch.

The 1964 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Roadster The last run of the legendary 300SL Roadster, the successor to the even more famous 300SL Gullwing, happened in the first two months of 1963 before Mercedes-Benz closed the factory production line for this model. Out of the twenty-six 300SL built, just six were produced in February.

The 2006 Ford GT as a 21st-century update to an American racing legend, the 2006 Ford GT succeeds because of its timeless design, world-class performance and relatively low price. It is no doubt beautiful on the outside but the supercharged V8 engine will have you begging to look under the hood.

In addition to these classics, there will also be the following vehicles on display for one day only: SLR Coupe, Aston Martin DB5, Lamborghini Aventador, Ferrari 348i , Pininfarina-styled 308 GTB. A Special
